Fazle Hasan Shishir is a Bangladeshi filmmaker, producer and curator, an alumnus of Jadavpur University in India and the Busan Asian Film School in South Korea. He is a member of the New Asian Producers' Network and the US-based production hub Media Factory. As a producer his work has been selected for international labs, grants and festivals, with producing credits on films including Mukuler Jadur Ghora (2021), Cafe Desire (2022), Forget Me Not (2023), Priyo Maloti (2024) and The Eternal Journey (2025). He is producing Suraiya, recommended for the World Cinema Fund 2025 by the Berlin International Film Festival. He co-founded the Dhaka art hub and production company Ratherhood Initiatives Ltd. He has worked as a programmer for the 6th Hill Film Festival and the 3rd Chattogram International Documentary Film Festival, and curated experimental films and moving image from Bangladesh for the TENT Biennale in Kolkata in 2020 and 2024. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Producing Department of the Bangladesh Film and Television Institute. The filmography below lists his work as a director.
